Holding a PhD in Molecular Cell Biology and having completed postdoctoral research at the Salk Institute, Gisèle is a pillar of R&D with over 30 years of experience. Her career includes leadership roles at major entities like Catalent Cell Therapy and MaSTherCell, and significant contribution to the development of complex platforms including MSCs, gene modified  cells, and iPSCs. As CSO, she is responsible for the entirety of R&D, rigorously applying Quality by Design principles to secure processes and develop high-performance assays across all clinical phases. Her scientific expertise guarantees the methodological rigor of our operations.
